Question: Once I've downloaded the CalmAlarms .m4r files, how do I sync CalmAlarms with my iPhone?
Answer: Its super easy, follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Click download. After you complete the PayPal transaction CalmAlarms will email you a download link. Download and unzip the file & store the included ringtones somewhere safe on your computer.
2. Drag the m4r files into the ringtones list in iTunes. Alternatively, you can go to iTunes, choose File -> Add to Library. (see below screenshot)
3. With your iPhone plugged in and displaying in iTunes, look under the ringtones tab in iTunes and sync the ringtones, it should look like the below screenshot:
Then unplug your iPhone, enter the clock section and set your alarm, select your favourite out of your 4 CalmAlarm ringtones, it should look like this:
Finished! All done, you now have 4 soothing alarms to wake too. No apps required!
Question: Can I share my purchased CalmAlarms with friends and family?
Answer: Please dont, alot of work went into producing the alarms. If you love them and would like to share them, please do direct your friends to calmalarms.com and have them purchase their own copys, they are very resonably priced!
Question: How do I Sync CalmAlarms with mobiles other than the iPhone?
Answer: Most modern mobile phones will allow you to set your own MP3 files as ringtones/alarm tones. As there are so many models out there, we cant cover them all here. Please refer to the manual that came with your phone for further details.
